The Salt Marsh Group is a collaboration formed by three Callawassie Island residents committed to the success of the Island through the selling of vacant lots and the building of custom homes.

This trio of Callawassie Islanders works independently but cooperate as needed to satisfy the unique needs of clients.

Bill Hirsh an established architect with the best selling Amazon books: "Designing Your Perfect House" and "The Well Centered Home". He takes pride in providing total service to clients, or only the level of service desired. The Salt Marsh Development Group has commissioned Bill to design several homes for their portfolio.
William McCue has build over 300 homes in Beaufort and nearby counties, including a tract in Hampton County. The Salt Marsh Development Group has recently sold homes in Palmetto Bluff and Hampton Lake, with his most recent focus on Callawassie Island, where he has taken residence.
